Journal
Daily Journal workflow
Plan, review, and record the trading day in a repeatable format.
The Daily Journal is where the trading day becomes reviewable. Use it before trading to define the plan, key levels, risk limits, and focus. Use it after trading to record what happened, what rules were followed or broken, and what should change in the next session.
The journal becomes more valuable when it is connected to real trades. Imported executions show what actually happened; your journal explains why it happened. Sentry can then help summarize the day and surface risk or behavior patterns.
If a journal entry looks disconnected from your trades, confirm the journal date, selected account, and trade timezone. A mismatch can make the day look empty even when trades exist elsewhere in the account history.
