Voice confessions and daily debriefs
Use voice notes to capture decisions, emotions, mistakes, and lessons before they fade.
A confession is a voice or text capture around a trading decision, session, or day. Use it when the context matters more than the perfect wording: hesitation before entry, moving a stop, revenge trading, fear after a loss, breaking a rule, or following the plan well.
For a useful confession, mention the instrument, account, setup, planned risk, actual action, emotion, and what you want to remember next time. Sentry can turn the transcript into a cleaner summary, lessons, and journal context.
If voice recording or transcription fails, check microphone permission, record in a quieter place, keep the clip shorter, and retry. If the plan includes limited confession sessions, check Billing when the app says the limit has been reached.
